My journey started writing code in 2006 — but the most impactful chapters came when I stepped into leadership. Over 20 years I've moved from engineer to architect to team lead across startups, agencies, scale-ups, and global brands.

Today I lead the Digital Operations team at Nespresso, managing Frontend, SEO, QA, and Accessibility engineering. My technical depth lets me make decisions that are both strategically sound and architecturally solid — from defining a Design System that scaled campaign output from 7 to 42 per year, to shaping team roadmaps and mentoring engineers.

I believe great technology leaders don't just delegate — they understand the code, set the standards, and align every technical decision with business outcomes.

My next focus is on AI-driven development: specifically how autonomous agents can take over repetitive parts of the SDLC — from spec to test to deploy — so engineering teams spend their time on what actually requires human judgement.

I don't wait for tickets. I sit at the product table, challenge requirements upstream, and make sure every technical decision maps to a business outcome. Tech and product are one team.

I structure teams around cognitive load and stream alignment — not org charts. Clear ownership, minimal hand-offs, and Conway's Law working for you, not against you.

Complexity is a cost. The best architecture is the one your team can understand, maintain, and evolve. I actively remove friction — from code, process, and communication.

I stay close enough to the code to make decisions engineers respect. Hands-on when it matters — defining architecture, reviewing patterns, unblocking the team — hands-off when it doesn't.

Nespresso — Design System & Digital Operations

Led the Design System initiative that componentized Nespresso's entire digital experience. By shifting from bespoke page builds to a shared component library, campaign production scaled from 7 to 42 launches per year — a 6× increase in output with the same team. As Digital Operations Team Lead I now oversee Frontend, SEO, QA, and Accessibility engineering, setting technical standards and driving the roadmap across the digital experience org.
